Streaked Dagger - Acronicta lithospila TL: ~20 mm. Gray forewings with light streaks along dark veins. Thin, dark basal and anal dashes. Status: uncommon.

Hosts: oak and chestnut
Habitat: Attracted to a light in a rural area. To my cats delight, this moth followed me inside. Thankfully, I caught it before they did.
