Cyphelium tigillare is a species of lichen in the family Caliciaceae characterized by yellow, verrucose, well developed thallus, immersed ascomata and 1-septate, broadly ellipsoidal, smooth ascospores.

Cyphelium notarisii is sometimes considered a subspecies of Cyphelium tigillare. A synonym sometimes used is Calicium tigillare.
