Spoon - leaved sundew flower - Drosera spatulas The flower itself is only very small , about 5-6 mm in dis. on a stem approx 120 mm high. Some info mentions the flowering time to be early summer but this one flowered at the beginning of our autumn.  Better late then never as the saying goes. "Drosera spatulata" is a variable, rosette-forming sundew with spoon-shaped leaves. This sundew has a large range and occurs naturally throughout Southeast Asia, southern China and Japan, Micronesia, Papua New Guinea, eastern Australia, Tasmania and New Zealand.
