Cloud Forest scenery, Trampoline of Death, Colombia Impression on how cloudy conditions can become as we traveled the Trampoline of Death road between Mocoa and La Cocha. This road is notorious for being dangerous (steep and narrow, single lane). Due to safety improvements like guard rails, the road has become safer and is locally renamed to &quot;Trampoline of Biodiversity&quot;.<br />

Although we were not driving ourselves, we did not find the road *that* unsafe. Speeds are very low (about 20-30kmph) and although single-lane, its spacious enough to not have the feeling of being close to crashing into some valley. The only dangerous aspect is when meeting opposing traffic. One of the two will need to back up to a point wide enough to allow 2 vehicles to pass each other. This requires solid driving skills in a pretty stressful situation. Colombia,Colombia 2018,Colombia South,South America,Trampoline of Death,World Click/tap to enlarge
