  1. Sorry, these past months have been crazy, and it will only settle down in May, so not much time for posting photos here at the moment!
    Still, here's a quick one from a little trip I just took, with the one endemic bird from Barbados (I saw that John Sullivan already took care of the one endemic anole :)

      1. Thanks Ferdy! Mmm let's be honest, it's not really that epic, especially compared to the beautiful warblers and parrots that are the typical endemics of most of the other islands of the West Indies.
        In terms of birds, Barbados is more notable for the European vagrants that regularly turn up. I saw a Eurasian spoonbill while I was there, and it's the only place in the Western Hemisphere where little egrets breed, along with their normal American relative, the snowy egret!
