Singapore Cardinalfishes (Cheilodipterus singapurensis) in a varied neighborhood

Here not only can you see the cardinalfishes but also the ridged swimming crab and the horseshoe worms close to a retreated Cerianthid anemone, and even a tiny Banggai cardinalfish ...a very singular community right in the middle of a very sandy area!
Cheilodipterus singapurensis is a ray-finned species of fish from the family of cardinal bass (Apogonidae). The scientific name of the species was validly published in 1860 by Bleeker for the first time.
