
Foul Clitocybe - Clitocybe robusta
All white mushroom that was approximately 6 cm tall. The gills had a slight yellow tint and ran down the stem a bit. The cap was dry and the margin was inrolled. Stem base was slightly enlarged.
Habitat: Growing on the ground in a mixed forest - in an area dominated by conifers

Clitocybe robusta is a fungi in the Clitocybe genus. Species in this genus are characterized by white, off-white, buff, cream, pink, or light-yellow spores, gills running down the stem, and pale white to brown or lilac coloration. They are primarily saprotrophic, decomposing forest ground litter. There are estimated to be around 300 species in the widespread genus.
