  1. Lol, those males sure are determined. The male directly on top of the female isn't actually mating with her, and looks like he's guarding her - a common behavior in many species of insects. They probably already mated, and he is staying on top of her to prevent any other males from mating with her, thus making sure that it is his genetic material being used for egg production.
