Yunguillo scenery, Colombia After our intense start of several days in the rain forest, we had a few days with more open and mixed areas, which we primarily used to try and capture birds, butterflies and other insects. <br />

We opened this day with a visit to Yunguillo, a small indigenous community. The Yunguillo area is basically a single long stretched rocky road that goes upwards, with locals living alongside the road. Nothing about it feels indigenous, the people look and behave like any other modern people.
