Mosaic leafhopper - Orientus ishidae
Not the best shot, but I liked that it shows off this leafhopper's hairy legs!
This leafhopper has a variable, mosaic-like pattern and an orange band between its eyes. It was about 5-6 mm long.
Attracted to a moth light in a rural area.
