Mosaic leafhopper (Dead) - Orientus ishidae
I found this leafhopper wrapped in spider silk and stuck to a wall near my moth light. There was no web or spider in sight. I found several other insects wrapped in silk and stuck to various spots along this wall as well. All were, obviously, dead.
This leafhopper has a variable, mosaic-like pattern and an orange band between its eyes.

''Orientus ishidae'', common name Japanese leafhopper or Mosaic leafhopper, is a species of leafhoppers belonging to the family Cicadellidae subfamily Deltocephalinae.
