  1. Judging from its fabulous legs, I would guess that this is a silkworm moth (Family Apatelodidae). Maybe Olceclostera sp., such as Olceclostera indentata?

    1. When you say "maybe" I know it's likely a full match. Looks like it is again :)
      I checked many shots across the genus, this seems the only species with the clear yellow spots that I found.

I would say it is rather Olceclostera brama, described as having "head and thorax dark brown, finely irrorated with pale buff", instead of "head and thorax mottled gray and brown" , as described for indentata. The overall wing color also fits better brama than indentata (not to mention that brama was described from Colombia and indentata from the Panama-Costa Rica Border).
