  2. Hi Christine - NICE! :o) My money is on Ch. oculta. The dark gradates don't truly conform with some keys that I found but other specimen identified by John Oswald also show this and all the rest seems to fit oculta better than the others with a dark pedicel en proximally pale antennae.       1. Forgot to ask: Did you get a closer look at the dark spec in the top of the wing? Was that a parasitoid maybe? Some travel along on the wings of the lacewing to be present when the eggs are laid ... or maybe a little biting midge like Forcipomyia eques ?? Posted 6 years ago, modified 6 years ago
