Zinnia - Zinnia elegans Habitat: Growing in a native plant garden

*This is not a native plant (but is naturalized), yet it was planted in a native plant garden at a nature center. In my opinion, places like this should know better and planting non-native plants in a "native" garden is a problem. This garden is supposed to attract native insects and is used to educate the public and children about native plants.
