@Ferdy, this should be Melogramma gyrosum, but it keeps redirecting the species name to Endothia radicalis for some strange reason! Posted 6 years ago

  I just created a separate record for Melogramma gyrosum and re-identified your post. The species intro will go to you regardless of who pushes the button.
  
  That said, Jivko's comment confuses me as it says that Melogramma gyrosum is not the accepted name. Thoughts? Posted 6 years ago

    An interesting thing to note is that on the catalogue of life link, Melogramma gyrosum is listed as a misapplied name (incorrect synonym) for Cryphonectria radicalis, which seems to imply that this would be an incorrect synonym association. It also lists Endothia gyrosa as a misapplied name. Endothia gyrosa is a deprecated synonym for Melogramma gyrosum. Endothia radicalis is a synonym for Cryphonectria radicalis.

@Lisa, Endothia radicalis and Melogramma gyrosum are synonyms of Cryphonectria radicalis, which is the accepted name, according to Catalogue of Life 2018:
