  2. I read that the ibex is only about 50 kg/110 lbs, which is amazing because it makes me wonder how heavy the horns are? The horns can grow up to a meter long! Posted 6 years ago

The Nubian ibex is a desert-dwelling goat species found in mountainous areas of northern and northeast Africa, and the Middle East. Its range is within Algeria, Egypt, Ethiopia, Eritrea, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, and Yemen.
