Azure Bluet
Identifying damselflies I find to be the most complicated, but this is an Azure Bluet (Enallagma aspersum) I was told, found at a small sandy lake in Dunrobin, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Conservation Status: vulnerable (S3) in Ontario, CA (NatureServe).

''Enallagma aspersum'', the azure bluet, is a species of narrow-winged damselfly in the family Coenagrionidae. It is found in North America.
