Small colonial tunicate usually yellow, sometimes white or pale blue. Zooids in dense clusters with short stalks. Each zooid member of the colony reaches about 0.5mm -1 cm.
Grows on dead coral, reef walls, underneath overhangs and in holes.
Prefers current-rich areas.
