Stick Grasshopper (Apioscelis bulbosa) - top view, Orito, Colombia Just arriving in Orito, we did a little warm-up macro session in an agricultural area. One of the first awesome finds our local guide Brayan pointed out is this hilarious grasshopper. It&#039;s part of the Proscopiidae family, named Neotropical stick grasshoppers or jumping sticks. As species in this family have no or underdeveloped wings, you can barely tell it to be a grasshopper. <br />
