Mucronella pulchra up close and personal Mucronellas are small, toothed fruiting bodies found on the wood their mycelium decomposes.  Many of them in our area (PNW) are white. Mucronella pulchra is a fungus that grows in tooth-shaped groups in damp areas. It belongs to the family Clavariaceae.
