  1. No excuses, Lisa1 Very pretty & thanks for sharing! ;-) Posted 6 years ago
    1. Thanks, Marta! This cutie did not want to sit still, so I ended up with a shot that wasn't the best! :D Posted 6 years ago
      1. I can imagine the moment! and sometimes is also windy and the leaf can't stay still either..but it came out really good :-) Posted 6 years ago
  2. Agree with Marta! And, such a gorgeous beetle! Posted 6 years ago
    1. Aww thanks! <3 I was initially not even going to post this one due to the blurriness! Posted 6 years ago
      1. I'm glad you did! It's so pretty, and it's good to share all insects in my opinion, especially considering their decline :/ Posted 6 years ago
        1. I'm glad you think so! I always kick myself when I don't take the time to get enough shots/clear shots. I think I was in a rush that day! Posted 6 years ago
          1. I hear ya! It's so frustrating in hindsight to have seen something interesting, but to not have been able to document it at the quality that you would have wished! I have some entire folders of blurry pics from hikes I went on when I was in too much pain to hold the camera steady and probably shouldn't have been wandering the forests alone. I dread sorting through those photos! Posted 6 years ago
            1. BUT, this photo, although blurry, is also so pretty BECAUSE of the blur and the lighting. And, all the important beetle details for ID are "clearly" seen. Posted 6 years ago
              1. Awww, shucks! :P You are too sweet!

And, yah...I dread IDing all of my suboptimal photos! :D
