First time to see this kind of fly i.e. with the sideway extension on its head, giving it the look of 'Hammerhead'.
This one was attracted by light at night to the Park's building.

Themara hirtipes is a species of fruit fly from the family of Tephritidae.
They have the head elongated sideways with the eyes placed on the extensions.
