
Venatrix pseudospeciosa is a wolf spider of the family Lycosidae found in Australia.
For members of this family the body size varies from relatively small to quite large and is about three times as long as it is wide. The legs are moderately long and robust. The surface colours are mostly browns and greys with some distinctive surface markings. One pair of eyes is unusually large.
