Scorpionfishes are difficult to properly ID just based on coloration as they can change it to mimic the environment. <br />

''Scorpaenopsis papuensis'' is a scorpionfish from the Pacific in coral reefs. It occasionally makes its way into the aquarium trade. It grows to 25 cm in length. It is difficult to see due to its camouflaged colors.
