Periclimenes brevicarpalis female Bianca, Lembeh.<br />
I did more research on the brain-like thingy in the head. it seems to in fact be an external carapace hump coloring with unknown function. It is thought that it may just be attractive to males...in this case it would be the first case in nature of males atracted to a &quot;brainy&quot; structure in the female :-D For more details:<br />

"Periclimenes brevicarpalis", the glass anemone shrimp or peacock-tail anemone shrimp, is a species of shrimp belonging to the family Palaemonidae.
