Derbid Planthopper - Otiocerus wolfii

This tiny planthopper had pale greenish yellow wings with brown markings and an orange stripe on its head.

Habitat: Attracted to a light at night in a rural area. It was sitting on my glass door, spinning in circles, for several minutes.
