Please refer to this image for discussion/key:
In the case of the image here I wouldn't be so sure - the differences are quite subtle and you have to clearly see everything under the right perspective. Also, I tend to use some of the characters in the key more as an "indication" than as a hard diagnostic fact. The adults are very variable and for the longest time we believed the nymphs to be even worse (we tried several times before the publication by Lupoli, but always found too many aberrations of patterns that we thought could help). So the key is an excellent help in finding some system of diagnosis and for a high percentage of individuals it will work as is, but it may also still need some finetuning.

I've never collected anything than C. mediterraneus in this area. Most surely C. fuscispinus along with c. purpureipennis does not appear in this area, and I have no data on the distribution C. pudicus for portugal. In comparison with identified Carpocoris nymph this one has a different measurement on the margin. Thanks so much! I'll come back here later*

So then it seems fair to identify this one as med.atl. too. It's just that strictly going by the key I would be a little less sure than the other one, but again: The differences are subtle and from photo we cannot tilt and wiggle the critter to have a better look. From photo this may well be medit. but it just wasn't all that clear to me ... :o)
