Euodynerus megaera ♂ At the disturbed edge of a dense mixed hardwood/coniferous forest in NW Georgia. This individual was &quot;nectaring&quot; on a jar of homemade orange juice/electrolyte mix on a very hot day. This was meant for our refreshment, but I couldn&#039;t deny this beauty a sip of our drink on such a harsh day.<br />

  1. It's so nice of you to share :)

Did it drink the condensation, or some of the actual drink?

    1. It was drinking some of the drink that had spilled down the side. It also seemed to enjoy the salty residue left behind by my electrolyte mix (mostly orange juice, sea salt, and water)! Posted 7 years ago, modified 7 years ago
      1. Lol, now it has an advantage and more energy than any other of its species! Posted 7 years ago
