  1. Somehow missed this one yesterday, nice find! Did you know they flower for a single day? Posted 7 years ago
    1. I did not! I'm waiting on the yellow passionflower (Passiflora lutea) to bloom on our land! I'm so impatient! Posted 7 years ago
      1. Can you believe that stack I recently did, where for two weeks in a row, each day I'd look at that flower and think: as soon as I have time, I'll stack you.

In reality, I was looking at a different flower every single day. It just happened to be that on that plant, every day just one flower bloomed. Such a mind twist.

Anyway, be sure to check every day, that's what I'm saying.

        1. I am going to try my best! :D I haven't been over to the land in a couple of days, but we will be headed over tomorrow to check on things (and hopefully get a short hike in). Posted 7 years ago
        2. Still, really cool that you stacked multiple flowers and pulled it off! Posted 7 years ago

"Passiflora incarnata" is a fast-growing perennial vine with climbing or trailing stems. A member of the passionflower genus "Passiflora", the maypop has large, intricate flowers with prominent styles and stamens. One of the hardiest species of passionflower, it is a common wildflower in the southern United States.
