Peripsocus milleri - female
Set of images of the first population of this species to be properly identified for the Netherlands in a garden in Kampen (thanks to Peter Kuijper posting them on waarneming.nl).
It has been found on many more locations since and I would presume it to not even be scarce/rare as some older images also seem to show this species, but these were the first to be identified with certainty :o)

Meantime this image was used in an article in Entomologische Berichten, to put this species on the map for NL officially:
Noordijk, J.; Kruithof, A. (2021) Een nieuwe en al wijdverspreide stofluis in Nederland: Peripsocus milleri (Psocodea: Peripsocidae), Entomologische Berichten, vol.81(2), pp.70-72.
