Barred Grass-veneer, Heeswijk, Netherlands
As this is the only angle I have, it's tricky to identify. I narrowed down candidates based on known species in my area, flight time, habitat, and general appearance, in particular also the greenish eyes:

Not 100% sure, so feel free to challenge. I've also asked in a local FB group. If the species is correct, we call it the "swamp grass moth" in dutch.

''Agriphila inquinatella'' is a small moth species of the family Crambidae. It is found in Europe, around the Caucasus area to Turkestan, and in the Near East to Jordan.
Three subspecies are accepted today:
* ''Agriphila inquinatella inquinatella'' – most of the range
* ''Agriphila inquinatella nevadensis'' – Sierra Nevada and presumably elsewhere in Spain
* ''Agriphila inquinatella elbursella'' – Alborz mountains and presumably elsewhere in the Caucasus region
