The highly variable Harlequin Ladybird. Or so I hope :)
In dutch named the "Many-colored Asian ladybird", refering to its many variants:

This is an invasive species used for pest control, yet it also has an appetite for the larvae of native ladybirds.
"Harmonia axyridis", most commonly known as the harlequin, multicoloured Asian, or Asian ladybeetle, is a large coccinellid beetle. This is one of the most variable species in the world, with an exceptionally wide range of colour forms.
