Distant Peregrine falcon - Falco peregrinus
A remote photo of Peregrine falcon - Falco peregrinus over Besaparski hills protected area. The moment I noticed a pair of these falcons, one of them made a raid and went not more than 5 meters from me. His speed was stunning. This falcon is the fastest animal of the world - reaching about 320 km/h during its hunting dives. I was able to capture the other one who was flying in the height.

The peregrine falcon, also known as the peregrine, and historically as the duck hawk in North America, is a cosmopolitan bird of prey in the family Falconidae. A large, crow-sized falcon, it has a blue-grey back, barred white underparts, and a black head.
