
Common Alumroot - Heuchera americana
A hairy stalk bearing yellowish-green, bell-shaped, drooping flowers. The flowers are about 5 mm long with 5 small petals, 5 stamens with orange anthers, and 1 pistil. The leaves are 7-10 cm wide, basal, and heart-shaped.
Spotted growing on shady slopes in a deciduous forest.
