Scarlet Beebalm - Monarda didyma

Dense, rounded clusters/tufts of bright red to pink, tubular flowers. The stems have large, oval-triangular shaped leaves, which smell like mint when crushed.

These flowers were in a rural butterfly garden and were just starting to bloom.
