Mount Rainer from Gobblers Knob

This is a little visited corner of the park (getting to the trail means a nearly 4 mile walk up a closed road), but it's well worth it to get to this old fire lookout. Perched on a tiny bald at the top of a mountain it has an absolutely stunning view of Rainier to the east and even Saint Helens visible through notch far off to the south.
