Orchard Orbweaver - Leucauge venusta
Beautiful spider with an elongated, white abdomen that was marked with yellow, black, and green. The cephalothorax was yellow/tan and had stripes along the sides and a single stripe down the middle. Legs were mostly green.
I found nearly a dozen on these spiders inside of a wigwam.
The one in this photo was positioned right underneath a gap in the bark roof where the sunlight was shining in. The light made the legs glow like glow sticks in the darkness of the wigwam. It was pretty cool!

The orchard spider is a long-jawed orbweaver spider that occurs from southern Canada to Panama, along the East coast, reaching into the central US. The web is often oriented horizontally, with the spider hanging down in the center.
