    1. It is called reproduction and this day was as prolific as such, after three cold weeks this was a day with very warm ideal temperatures to engage in reproduction mode. My best three shots of this day were all mating photos. Very nice. Posted one year ago

''Phytoecia erythrocnema'' is a species of beetle in the family Cerambycidae. It was described by Hippolyte Lucas in 1847. It is known from Portugal, France, Algeria, Spain, Morocco, and Tunisia It feeds on ''Daucus carota''.
