On the Eye! This was a special find, the Simplex Shrimp - Phyllognathia simplex is very small (less than 1 cm in size) and mostly covered in sand particles. It was &#039;walking&#039; on a Black-finned Snake Eel - Ophichthus melanochir. <br />

It was also a special find to see the Shrimp &#039;living&#039; on the Snake Eel and I waited for the opportunity when the Shrimp was right on the eye of the Snake Eel to get this picture. Mabul,Malaysia,Phyllognathia simplex,Sabah,Shrimp,Simplex Shrimp Click/tap to enlarge PromotedCountry intro

On the Eye!

This was a special find, the Simplex Shrimp - Phyllognathia simplex is very small (less than 1 cm in size) and mostly covered in sand particles. It was 'walking' on a Black-finned Snake Eel - Ophichthus melanochir.

It was also a special find to see the Shrimp 'living' on the Snake Eel and I waited for the opportunity when the Shrimp was right on the eye of the Snake Eel to get this picture.
