Oriental Whip/Vine Snake - Ahaetulla prasina This was probably still a juvenile with a length of less than 1 meter, they can grow up to nearly 2 meters length. I had quite an enjoyable time photographing this one as it was sticking its tongue out for a very long time, allowing me to take pics of it like that. "Ahaetulla prasina" is a species of snake in the family Colubridae native to southern Asia. Its common names include Asian vine snake, Boie's whip snake, Gunther's whip snake, Oriental whip snake.
