    1. Could you tell us WHERE please (preferably by setting a country of better yet geotagging the image :o)
      P.S. Assuming that this was in England too (like many of your other images) then it is Melolontha melolontha (Cockchafer, May bug, whatever ..) - of the male variety :o)

The cockchafer, colloquially called May bug or doodlebug, is a European beetle of the genus Melolontha, in the family Melolonthidae. Some authors would place the Melolonthidae as a subfamily Melolonthinae of the family Scarabaeidae.
