        1. Similar to a dog staring intensely at its owner when taking a dump lol. I think it is because it is a vulnerable moment where they have to let their guard down, and they're not comfortable doing so. Posted 7 years ago

The blue-winged mountain tanager is a species of bird in the family Thraupidae, the tanagers. It is native to South America, where it is found in Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and Venezuela. It is a common species and its populations appear to be stable.
