  1. I think weevils are the cutest beetles! I'm not sure why the ant is on the weevil in this case, but I do know that ants often attack weevils. They attack them because the weevils venture into ant-tended territory while feeding on seedling bark, etc. The ants don't like this and will aggressively attack intruders. Posted 7 years ago
    1. Ants seem to truly fear nothing. This is only confirmed by so many insects mimicking ants, apparently they have such a fearful reputation that they'll surely be left alone if looking like an ant. Posted 7 years ago
