Chinese Cave Loach (Triplophysa dongganensis) Guangxi, China, in a cave stream. The Chinese Cavefish Working Group is a collaboration with the San Antonio Zoo, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, The New Jersey Institute of Technology, The University of Alabama - Huntsville, and Louisiana State University.  The project has had a few years of National Geographic - China funding.  This made obtaining images of groundwater wildlife in cave streams a priority.
