Crested oropendola - on nest, Uraba, Colombia
Very remote crop of a crested oropendola seemingly engaged in nest building. Yet reading some more on their nest building behavior, they are described as building hanging, woven nests. So this is probably some other bird's nest.

The crested oropendola also known as the Suriname crested oropendola is a New World tropical icterid bird. It is a resident breeder in lowland South America east of the Andes, from Panama and Colombia south to northern Argentina, as well as on Trinidad and Tobago.
