Woodland Stonecrop - Sedum ternatum

Woodland Stonecrop has beautiful white flowers, which bloom April to May. Unfortunately, probably due to colder than usual temperatures, these hadn't bloomed yet. The common name of "stonecrop" refers to its ability to thrive on boulders, where its succulent leaves help it to retain moisture in shallow soil. I found a patch of it growing on top of plant roots along the edge of a creek.
