    1. You're totally right. I read my notes as Rufous "pitta", which does not exists, so I though it must have been "Rufous antpitta". Deciphering my writing a bit more carefully leads to Rufous piha, lol. Thanks for being sharp! Posted one year ago

The rufous piha is a species of bird in the family Cotingidae.
It is found in Belize, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, and Panama. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests.
