    1. I have a bunch of moth shots to upload. They are from Moth Week over the past couple years and are mostly uninspiring shots of moths resting on the side of a house. But, still probably useful to add for the record since they will mostly be species new to JD. Posted 7 years ago

The parthenice tiger moth is a moth of the family Erebidae. It is found in southeastern Canada, and the eastern United States. The moths are common in fields and woodland edges from June to late September. The moth is nocturnal and is attracted to light sources.
