    1. Always happy to contribute new stuff :). Funnily enough, I went out in the forest at night about once a week, but 9 of the 11 amphibian species I encountered were within a 15 meter radius from the house! Posted 7 years ago
      1. That's so typical. When visiting a high biodiversity site it sometimes depresses me knowing there are probably a 1,000 species within a minute radius from me that I'm completely missing out on. Posted 7 years ago
        1. I know! Plus, I'm quite handicapped as a naturalist since, while my eyesight is very good, my hearing is absolutely crap, which removes a very important tool for locating lots of species. Oh well... :) Posted 7 years ago
