Yellow-staining Milkcap The cap was convex with an inrolled margin. Color was cinnamon-pink to tan. Milk started to leak out of the cap as soon as I gently touched the mushroom – even on the outside of the cap! The gills also oozed profusely with a slight touch. The milk was initially white, but turned yellow within a few seconds on exposure to air.
